The Conference Center is an ideal educational or training setting for groups of any size. Each year more than 22,000 participants experience our Conference Center and all that it has to offer – from our parking right out our front doors to the state-of-the-art audio visual equipment and supplies in each of our five rooms. We have 4,000 square feet of meeting space, plus spacious lobby and restroom areas.
Adaptable Meeting Space
- Adaptable meeting rooms can be arranged for varied purposes. Adjustable walls create settings for small groups of 10 to 50 people and large groups of up to 300 people. Rooms are carpeted and have excellent acoustics and ventilation.
- An open lobby area to add to your comfort. The skylight lobby is a convenient area for meeting breaks or small group conversation. The lobby has coat racks, restrooms, and information monitor.
- At your request, WITC can help you plan refreshments, meals, seating arrangements, audio-visual equipment or other needs.
