Shotgun Instructor Training

Course Description:  
This is a 24 hour Instructor Class for Police Tactical Shotgun. Successful instructor candidates will learn how to use, maintain and troubleshoot the Police Shotgun, through drills and live fire. The class instructor was trained as a Police Shotgun Instructor by the NRA and Wisconsin Dept. of Corrections. 

Departments that still issue a lethal shotgun, and those who have a Less Lethal Instructor/ 12 ga. Platform will benefit from structured and documented Shotgun training that is not part of the DOJ Handgun/ Rifle Instructor class.

Please bring with you: 
12 gauge shotgun, cleaning kit, 250 rounds birdshot, 25 rounds slugs, 25 rounds buckshot, duty-belt with service handgun, 3 mags and 25 rounds of handgun ammunition, eye and ear protection and ballistic vest, shotgun cleaning equipment. Appropriate clothing for all weather outdoor range training.

By enrolling in classes, you agree to be responsible for the payment of related tuition and fees according to the college payment policy. Should you choose not to attend a class, you will need to drop it prior to the day it begins to avoid any charges. Any drops that occur on or after the first day of class will result in tuition charges to your account. Failure to pay your tuition bill can result is suspension of registration and records access, collection agency action and additional collection fees added to your balance.
