Biography

Before transitioning into the field of education, I spent 15 years working in Human Resources and Training across the manufacturing, healthcare, and agriculture industries in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. During this time, I gained extensive experience leading organizational and technological change initiatives and developed a strong passion for equipping employees with the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to succeed in their roles.

In my current role as Dean, I am dedicated to fostering strong partnerships with community leaders and local businesses. My team and I work collaboratively with customers to identify workforce needs and deliver high-quality continuing education and customized training programs. Our goal is to ensure that every business, organization, and individual in our region has access to the education and training resources they need to thrive.
