Biography
As Dean of Innovative Learning, I lead the Innovative Teaching and Learning Center (iTLC), which promotes excellence in teaching and learning; inspires growth; and provides accessible training, resources, and helpful support for students, faculty, and staff. Within this role, I oversee, develop, implement, and inspire best practices and continuous improvement in programming and delivery, curriculum design, quality instruction, assessment, and instructional technology application through direct oversight of the Curriculum and Assessment Office, Learning Technology and Library Services.
With over 32 years of experience in education administration, including 21 years in academic leadership at Northwood Technical College, I am deeply committed to fostering innovation in learning.
My educational philosophy aligns with the mission of technical education, advocating for accessible, high-quality learning opportunities for all, that are not only relevant and meaningful, but also transformative. Working alongside talented faculty, staff, students, and community partners each day is both an honor and a source of continuous inspiration—I truly love what I do.
