WITC offering free professional development series

Join WITC from your desk or at a campus with the new webinar series. The first episode in the series will be held online, Sept. 26, 11:30 a.m.-12 p.m. and will cover performance management - evaluating success.

The webinars are free to attend for anyone with a desktop, laptop or mobile device and an Internet connection with select episodes being available at the WITC-Superior campus. Whether you join the conversation online or in person, you'll have the opportunity to listen to and contribute thoughts and ideas on relevant management, leadership, supervision, human resource and software topics encountered in the everyday work world.

The agenda for the Sept. 26 webinar includes performance management, developing and enhancing performance management, the appraisal process as a coaching tool for success and a follow-up for discussion and conversation.
