Leadership 201: A Deeper Dive takes your leadership skills to the next level by exploring the complex dynamics that drive high-performing teams and effective decision-making. Through discussions and group activities this workshop goes beyond foundational principles to focus on critical areas like Conflict Resolution, where you'll learn to navigate disagreements with confidence, turning tension into opportunities for growth and innovation. Amy Guerin
Leadership Development & WCD Instructor
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, Amy brings real world insight to the classroom. Amy holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and an MBA with a Leadership concentration from Augsburg University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Tourism from UW–Stout. Amy’s background also includes serving as a project director for Gradient Financial Group. Amy is now focused on teaching leadership and development and dedicated to helping people connect theory with practice and build skills for successful careers. Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending time with family and rescue dog, Winnie.
