Overview:

Join us virtually and from anywhere to get current with the trends that are transforming the workforce. This isn’t your father’s workforce anymore! Many industries cannot find enough help, workers are demanding new flexibilities, young adults are grossly unprepared, and the Boomers that are still working aren’t too interested in adapting to change. In the Five C’s, Brad Gingras outlines how each generation views or prefers to work while identifying trends that are shaking up the workforce:

  • Communication
  • Change
  • Choice
  • Culture (including workforce culture)
  • Centered (individualistic) preferences

Brad is the owner of Superior Strategies and Executive Director of Northwest Wisconsin AHEC, which inspires youth to consider healthcare careers and connects students to local employment. He has been providing career and professional development workshops, presentations, and strategic planning facilitation to thousands of professionals and youth throughout the upper Midwest. His enthusiasm, passion, and wit transform workshops creating a fun, interactive, and thought-provoking experience.
