The Academic Affairs Leadership Team (AALT) provides leadership and support to faculty and staff with a focus on ensuring students achieve their academic, career, and personal goals. The work of the AALT emphasizes excellence in Teaching & Learning through the development and implementation of academic programming, priorities, and policies. The deans, associate deans, and directors on the AALT oversee academic programs, curriculum development, K-12 relations, academic scheduling, and Innovative Teaching & Learning Center (iTLC). The team works in collaboration with all members of the College community to achieve the Northwood Technical College mission.
